Majors Management, LLC acquired the assets of Tri-State Petroleum Corporation, including 25 company-operated convenience stores and eight wholesale dealer accounts in the tri-state region of western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and eastern Ohio. The acquisition expands Majors' geographic footprint into Pennsylvania and West Virginia while bolstering its presence in Ohio.

Raymond James Acquires TriState Capital Holdings for Approximately $1.1B

Raymond James Financial completed the acquisition of TriState Capital Holdings in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at roughly $1.1 billion, with TriState shareholders receiving $6.00 in cash plus 0.25 shares of Raymond James per TriState share. TriState will operate as a separately branded, independently chartered bank subsidiary with existing management and approximately 350 employees remaining in place; the deal expands Raymond James' private banking, securities-based lending and commercial lending capabilities while adding an additional bank charter and deposit capacity.

Raydia Food Group Acquires B&B Foods Distributors, Inc.

South Bend-based Raydia Food Group has acquired Terre Haute-based B&B Foods Distributors, Inc., a family-owned full-line food distributor and restaurant equipment supplier. B&B Foods has approximately $33 million in annual sales and 60 employees; owner Scott Isles will remain as president as Raydia expands its regional footprint near the Illinois border and southwest of Indianapolis.

Tilia Holdings Acquires Trilogy Warehouse Partners

B&G Foods Acquires Frozen Vegetable Manufacturing Operations of Growers Express

B&G Foods, Inc. acquired the frozen vegetable manufacturing operations of Growers Express, LLC, including inventory, equipment, a sublease for part of a Yuma, Arizona manufacturing facility and a lease for a warehouse in San Luis, Arizona. Approximately 155 employees will transfer to B&G Foods; the company also repurchased the master license agreement for certain Green Giant Fresh products. The transaction was funded with cash on hand and borrowings under B&G's existing credit facility; terms were not disclosed.
