Park Place Technologies Acquires SDV Solutions

Park Place Technologies has acquired SDV Solutions, a Virginia-based, Service-Disabled Veteran–owned provider of data center hardware maintenance, managed services and professional services to U.S. Federal Government agencies. The founding owners Mike and Erin McMahan will remain involved to ensure continuity; Agile Equity provided exclusive investment banking services to SDV Solutions. The acquisition expands Park Place's federal capabilities and depth of security-cleared field engineers while leveraging Park Place's broader service and supply-chain platforms.

TVH Consulting Acquires Augusta Reeves, Olivia Sistemas and BCSYS (supported by 21 Invest)

The TVH Consulting group, backed by 21 Invest and minority co-investors, acquired three ERP integrators: Augusta Reeves (SAP S/4HANA) in France/Switzerland, Olivia Sistemas (Microsoft Business Central) in Spain and BCSYS (Microsoft Business Central) in France. The add-on deals expand TVH’s ERP, Data/AI, cybersecurity and Microsoft/SAP capabilities and broaden its geographic footprint across France, Spain and Switzerland as the group surpasses €110m in revenue and ~600 employees.

i3 Verticals Acquires Business Information Systems (BIS)

i3 Verticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IIIV) acquired substantially all of the assets of Business Information Systems, GP and Business Information Systems, Inc. (BIS), a provider of software and electronic payment solutions serving state and local governments. The aggregate purchase price was approximately $87.7 million ( $52.5M cash and $35.2M Class A common stock) plus up to $16.0 million of contingent consideration; approximately 150 BIS employees joined i3 Verticals.

XTIVIA Acquires RightStar, Inc.

XTIVIA, a B2B IT solutions firm, has acquired RightStar, an ITSM/ITIL and DevOps consulting company based in Northern Virginia. The acquisition expands XTIVIA’s managed services, software and government-facing capabilities and brings RightStar’s federal and commercial practice into XTIVIA’s service portfolio.

The Vistria Group Completes Majority Recapitalization of Education Solutions Services (ESS)

The Vistria Group has acquired a majority stake in Education Solutions Services (ESS), a Knoxville-based K-12 staffing and virtual instruction provider; Nautic Partners sold the majority interest but will remain a minority investor. Comvest Credit Partners acted as administrative agent on a senior secured credit facility to support the transaction. ESS serves roughly 900 school districts (over 4 million students) and will use the new partnership to accelerate growth and expand its virtual and managed staffing capabilities.

Velosio Acquires Synergy Business Solutions

Velosio, a Microsoft business applications and cloud services partner, acquired Synergy Business Solutions, a west-coast Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. The deal adds more than 20 technical and delivery resources to Velosio, expanding its delivery capabilities and strengthening its Microsoft Dynamics footprint in the northwestern United States.
