Adreima (formerly Advanced Reimbursement), a Waud Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Hospital Inpatient Services (HIS), a Florida-based provider of eligibility services for hospitals. The add-on strengthens Adreima's Medicaid reimbursement and eligibility capabilities and expands its footprint to the East Coast while HIS will continue operating from its Jacksonville and Ft. Lauderdale centers under the Adreima name.
