Healthcare Services Acquisitions in 2010

Palladium Equity Partners, through an affiliate, has acquired Jordan Health Services (Jordan Healthcare Holdings, Inc.) from undisclosed sellers; terms were not disclosed. Jordan, founded in 1975 and based in Mount Vernon, Texas, is one of the largest home healthcare providers in Texas with over 12,000 employees across 28 locations; Palladium said it will partner with management to pursue regional expansion and a greater focus on skilled healthcare services.

Adreima (formerly Advanced Reimbursement), a Waud Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Hospital Inpatient Services (HIS), a Florida-based provider of eligibility services for hospitals. The add-on strengthens Adreima's Medicaid reimbursement and eligibility capabilities and expands its footprint to the East Coast while HIS will continue operating from its Jacksonville and Ft. Lauderdale centers under the Adreima name.
