Vizient, a healthcare supply chain and analytics organization, has completed its acquisition of SxanPro, an inventory intelligence company that improves visibility into procedural and high-complexity supply inventory. SxanPro’s patented mobile scanning technology using Unique Device Identification (UDI) helps healthcare organizations understand inventory location, usability, and recall/expiration status, supporting waste reduction and supply chain execution improvements.
