Coalfire Acquires Denim Group

Coalfire acquired Denim Group, a San Antonio–based application security firm and maker of the ThreadFix ASOC platform, to expand its AppSec and DevSecOps capabilities. Terms were not disclosed; Coalfire (Apax-backed) said the deal will combine ThreadFix and Denim's consulting services with Coalfire's cloud and AppSec offerings to scale vulnerability management across the software development lifecycle.
