Ohio Transmission Corporation (OTC) has acquired Laron Inc., a mechanical and electric motor repair, machining and field services provider headquartered in Kingman, Arizona. The deal brings Laron's ~190 employees and large-scale shop capabilities into OTC's OTP Industrial Solutions platform, expanding OTC's repair and engineering services and Southwest footprint.

As a result, Western Metals became a wholly owned subsidiary of LOTO Energy II and remaining public shares were converted into cash for selling shareholders. The target is a small California corporation that owns and operates two natural gas wells in Solano County, California.
