Narrow River Capital has acquired Drill-Tech, LLC, a specialty utility contractor headquartered in Chester, Maryland. Drill Tech provides horizontal directional drilling and underground utility installation services for fiber, electrical, water, sewer, and natural gas projects, and management will continue with Mike Kalvaitis as Vice President of Business Development.
