Nasdaq Private Market (NPM) announced it will acquire Nasdaq, Inc.’s fund secondaries business, Nasdaq Fund Secondaries (NFS). The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026 and will expand NPM’s private secondaries platform to cover both direct company shares and multi-asset fund stakes.
