National Timber Group Acquires NORclad

National Timber Group, a portfolio company of Cairngorm Capital, has acquired NORclad Limited, a North Somerset-based specialist manufacturer and supplier of bespoke fire-rated timber cladding. The deal expands NTG's capabilities, range and manufacturing capacity in fire-rated timber cladding; NORclad's shareholders will remain involved in the business.
