Natural Health Farm Holdings, Inc. (NHF Holdings) has executed a term sheet to acquire 100% of Natural Health Naturopathic Academy Sdn Bhd (NHNA) for USD 350,000. The deal adds an accredited Malaysian healthcare education provider (with 60+ tuition centres and courses in nutrition, dietetics and Chinese medicine) to NHF Holdings’ portfolio; closing and due diligence were expected within 60 days of the term sheet.
