NCR Acquires LibertyX

NCR Corporation has completed its acquisition of LibertyX, a cryptocurrency software provider, including LibertyPay. The deal brings LibertyX's bitcoin buying/selling, remittance and digital-currency payment capabilities onto NCR's Pay360 platform to expand NCR's digital currency and payments offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.
