NDH Advisors, a Unity Partners-backed tax and accounting platform, has partnered with Houston-based Jain & Jain P.C. in a private add-on transaction to expand NDH's tax and outsourced accounting capabilities and regional presence. Terms were not disclosed; founders Mike and Rajni Jain will remain active and Jain & Jain employees will join NDH's employee ownership program.
