Near North Title Group has acquired O'Connor Title Guaranty, a 20-year-old Chicago-based title insurance agency serving the Chicagoland and Southern Illinois commercial and residential markets. Britehorn Partners served as exclusive investment bank to O'Connor Title in the transaction, which expands Near North's footprint and service capabilities in the Midwest.
