NEC Corporation completed its acquisition of CSG Systems International, with NEC’s wholly owned subsidiary Netcracker Technology leading the combined operations and integration. The deal combines CSG’s customer engagement, monetization, and payment/BSS-related capabilities with Netcracker’s digital BSS/OSS software, AI-driven automation, and cloud-native platform to expand NEC’s end-to-end digital services offerings.
