The deal is intended to strengthen STS Industrial’s supply capabilities by expanding inventory, purchasing power, and operational scale while keeping existing teams, locations, and day-to-day customer operations in place.

Leonard Green Acquires NEFCO from Bertram Capital

Leonard Green & Partners has completed the acquisition of NEFCO Holding Company LLC from Bertram Capital. NEFCO is a Hartford, Connecticut-based value-added distributor of SHARP products, tools, safety items and jobsite consumables with more than 70 U.S. locations; terms were not disclosed.

BizGro Partners Acquires Unico Supply, Inc.

United Fastener, a San Diego-based subsidiary of Toronto private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited, has acquired Topeco Products, a National City, California supplier of automotive fasteners and hardware. The acquisition is an add-on to United Fastener’s fastener wholesale platform and is intended to consolidate regional distribution, expand customer relationships in Southern California, and realize operational synergies by relocating Topeco’s operations into United Fastener facilities.

AMECO Acquires F&M MAFCO
