Nemetschek SE signed a definitive agreement to acquire Heavy Construction Systems Specialists (HCSS) from Thoma Bravo to create a global construction technology platform combining HCSS with Nemetschek’s Build & Construct segment brands (Bluebeam, GoCanvas, and Nevaris). The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to approvals and customary closing conditions.
