Planet Labs PBC signed an agreement to acquire the business of Holding Sinergise d.o.o. (Sinergise), a developer platform for earth observation data. The deal is expected to close in Q2 of Planet’s fiscal year and will add Sinergise’s Sentinel Hub-related platform capabilities to Planet’s Earth Data Platform.

UPSTACK Acquires Digital Planet Communications

Schneider Geospatial, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Systems Development Group (SDG), a provider of geo-centric property record and analysis solutions for local governments. SDG’s Image Mate Online and supporting services will be integrated into Schneider’s parcel management SaaS portfolio, expanding its GovTech capabilities and adding over 1,000 local-government clients across 34 states; the deal is the fourth add-on since Align’s 2022 investment in Schneider.

UPSTACK Acquires NPG Solutions

The deal—UPSTACK's 25th partner investment—adds NPG's network, data center, cloud and security advisory capabilities and its proprietary SmartSpendIT supplier management tool to UPSTACK's platform; terms were not disclosed.
