Neology has acquired Shimmick’s Transportation Operations & Management Solutions (TOMS) division based in Sunrise, Florida. The acquisition expands Neology’s tolling operations, back-office and advisory capabilities while enabling Shimmick to focus on its core water and transportation infrastructure businesses.
