Network for Good Acquires Cause4Auction

Network for Good, a fundraising software provider backed by Boathouse Capital, has acquired San Diego-based Cause4Auction to add online and in-person auction capabilities to its fundraising platform. The acquisition will integrate Cause4Auction's auction tools into Network for Good's virtual event management offering, with Cause4Auction Co-Founder Howard Merrill joining as Director of Growth Technologies.
