NeueHealth Acquires Majority Interest in Centrum Medical Holdings

NeueHealth, the care delivery and physician enablement business of Bright Health Group, has closed the acquisition of a majority interest in Centrum Medical Holdings, LLC, a value-based primary care operator. The deal expands NeueHealth's integrated, risk-bearing clinic footprint (bringing its total to 78 affiliated clinics) and supports planned geographic expansion including entry into Texas and North Carolina.
