Hypertec Cloud has acquired 5C Data Centers and spun Hypertec Cloud out of Hypertec Group to create 5C Group, a combined AI digital infrastructure provider. The deal integrates Hypertec Cloud's high-performance AI compute capabilities with 5C Data Centers' U.S. campus footprint to accelerate AI deployments, improve speed-to-deployment, and optimize performance and cost for large AI and enterprise customers.

Roth CH Acquisition Co. and Roth CH Holdings Inc. completed a business combination with SharonAI Inc., resulting in Roth CH Holdings domestically merging and renaming to SharonAI Holdings, Inc. SharonAI Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of SharonAI Holdings, and the combined company's common stock and warrants began trading on the OTC market under the tickers SHAZ and SHAZW. Former equityholders of SharonAI received shares of the public company pursuant to the business combination agreement.

TPG Real Estate Acquires Majority Stake in Three Northern Virginia Hyperscale Data Centers from Digital Realty

TPG Real Estate (through TPG Real Estate Partners) has acquired a majority stake in a portfolio of three stabilized hyperscale data centers in Ashburn, Northern Virginia, in a joint venture with Digital Realty, which retains a minority interest and will continue to manage the assets. The three facilities were contributed at an aggregate value of $1.5 billion (approx. 104 MW IT capacity), with the transaction valuing the portfolio at roughly a 6.0% cap rate and Digital Realty receiving about $1.3 billion of gross proceeds.

Tallvine Partners, a Miami-based investment advisor focused on middle-market infrastructure, has acquired TRG Datacenters, a Houston-area data center owner-operator. Tallvine plans to scale TRG as its digital infrastructure platform, supporting an expansion of TRG’s Houston campus (including up to 24 MW of new capacity) and entry into additional Texas and U.S. metro markets to serve enterprise, hosting, cloud and AI customers.
