NEXA Lending Acquires UMortgage

NEXA Lending announced it has acquired UMortgage, bringing the independent brokerage into the NEXA organization. The deal will allow UMortgage founder/CEO Anthony Casa to join NEXA as an Executive Partner while preserving UMortgage’s brand and maintaining loan-officer centered control and economics.
