Nexxus Capital completed an all-cash acquisition of five established Amazon e-commerce brands previously controlled by a major Amazon aggregator. The five brands generated more than $18 million in combined annual revenue at closing, and the transaction closed in October 2025 through the Nexxus Capital Fund I Series 4 vehicle.
