NFP Acquires Insurance Specialty Group (ISG)

NFP has acquired Insurance Specialty Group, LLC (ISG), a managing general agent focused on construction and residential builder insurance, in a deal that closed October 9, 2020. The acquisition expands NFP's property & casualty capabilities and P&C footprint in the Southeast while integrating ISG's construction-focused programs and distribution relationships.
