Nintex Acquires AssureSign

Nintex has acquired AssureSign, a digital transaction management and eSignature provider, to add native eSignature capabilities to the Nintex Process Platform. The acquisition brings AssureSign's technology and its customer base (over 500 customers and 100,000 monthly active users) into Nintex; deal terms were not disclosed.
