NIU Group Acquires Chile's Minera Tres Valles

Austrian investor Cevdet Caner, through NIU Group, has acquired Chilean copper producer Minera Tres Valles (MTV). NIU Group plans to invest to ramp up production (from ~5,000 tpa to 13,000–15,000 tpa by 2026), expand exploration, and grow the workforce to over 750 direct employees while complying with Chilean environmental and regulatory requirements.

REalloys Acquires PMT Critical Metals

REalloys Inc. acquired 100% of PMT Critical Metals Inc. in a share exchange that closed March 31, 2025, with the consideration representing approximately 14% of REalloys' outstanding common stock. The acquisition adds a 54,000-square-foot Euclid, Ohio facility, production equipment, IP, R&D and existing contracts for NdFeB magnet materials, strengthening REalloys' vertically integrated North American rare-earth-to-magnet supply chain for U.S. protected markets.

NEQSOL Holding Acquires UMCC Titanium (United Mining and Chemical Company JSC)

Glencore Acquires Remaining Stake in PolyMet Mining Corp.

Glencore AG (a subsidiary of Glencore plc) completed a plan of arrangement to acquire all remaining common shares of PolyMet Mining Corp., becoming the sole beneficial owner of 100% of PolyMet. The cash consideration was US$2.11 per common share; PolyMet's head office is in St. Paul, Minnesota and the deal consolidates Glencore's ownership of the NorthMet copper‑nickel project.

Critical Metals Corp. Business Combination With Sizzle Acquisition Corp. to Acquire European Lithium’s Wolfsberg Lithium Project

Critical Metals Corp., expected to be formed from a business combination between Critical Metals’ owners and Sizzle Acquisition Corp., entered into a definitive agreement with European Lithium and its subsidiary European Lithium AT (Investments) Limited. Upon closing, Critical Metals will own European Lithium’s Wolfsberg Lithium Project and acquire a 20% interest in additional Austrian lithium projects, with Critical Metals intended to list on Nasdaq under ticker “CRML.”
