Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co., LLC (Nivel) has acquired EPI Performance, a long-standing designer and manufacturer of UTV/ATV CVT clutch kits, drive belts, and driveline components. The acquisition brings EPI's product innovation and distribution relationships into Nivel's manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution platform to accelerate growth in the UTV aftermarket segment.
