Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co., LLC acquired Snorkel Your ATV LLC, a manufacturer of snorkel kits and accessories for ATVs and UTVs, to expand its snorkel product line and new-product development capabilities. The founder, Kyle Tallman, exited the business and will work with Nivel to support the transition and future growth of the brand.
