North & Warren has acquired Interluxe Group to create an integrated luxury marketing platform combining North & Warren's digital audience data and content capabilities with Interluxe's experiential and in-person activation services. The transaction was facilitated by an equity investment from Mountaingate Capital and creates a combined company of more than 100 employees across North America and Europe.
