NorthEdge-backed Contollo Group Acquires Abacus Cost Management

NorthEdge has invested in Contollo Group, a newly formed built-environment consultancy platform led by Oliver Dennis and Ruth Percival, to fund a UK-focused buy-and-build strategy. Contollo has completed its first acquisition, Manchester-based cost and project management consultancy Abacus, with Abacus co-founder Ellis Goodfellow joining Contollo's leadership team.
