Novaria Group, with equity partner KKR, has acquired The Young Engineers, Inc., a Southern California manufacturer of aerospace fasteners and inserts. The deal strengthens Novaria's aerospace fastener capability and expands its portfolio of proprietary and qualified products; terms were not disclosed.
