Novo Holdings has agreed to acquire a 25% minority stake in Sejet Plant Breeding from DLG Group. The partnership will provide growth capital to scale Sejet’s plant-breeding operations and invest in new genomic and breeding technologies to accelerate development of climate-resilient crop varieties.
