NSM Insurance Group has acquired InsurEVO, the U.K.-based owner of travel insurance brands AllClear Travel, InsureandGo and JustCover. The deal (subject to usual approvals) adds leading U.K. travel insurance brands and capabilities to NSM’s global specialty insurance platform to expand distribution, technology and international reach.
