NTT DATA to Acquire Niveus Solutions

Once closed, Niveus Solutions is expected to add 1,000 GCP engineering professionals to strengthen NTT DATA’s Google Cloud business unit and its industry cloud modernization and AI capabilities.

NTT DATA Services Acquires Nexient

Nexient will join NTT DATA's digital practice, bringing full-stack product development, agile teams and U.S.-based delivery centers (including Ann Arbor, MI and Columbus, OH); the deal was announced May 18, 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

NTT DATA to Acquire Postlight

The deal is expected to close in the same month, and NTT DATA said it will use Postlight to strengthen its digital application development and modernization capabilities along with high-end design and digital transformation services.

Accenture Completes Acquisition of umlaut

Accenture has completed the acquisition of umlaut, an engineering consulting and services firm headquartered in Aachen, Germany. The deal (terms not disclosed) brings more than 4,200 engineers and consultants across 17 countries into Accenture's Industry X practice to expand its engineering, digital and sustainability capabilities across automotive, aerospace & defense, telecommunications and energy markets.

NTT DATA Acquires Apisero to Expand MuleSoft and Salesforce Integration Capabilities

NTT DATA has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Apisero, a global MuleSoft and Salesforce consulting firm headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. The acquisition adds roughly 2,100 resources (including over 1,500 certified MuleSoft consultants and ~500 Salesforce consultants) to NTT DATA's digital transformation capabilities to accelerate cloud and data integration services for enterprise clients.
