NTT DATA has signed a definitive agreement to acquire WinWire, a Microsoft partner specializing in agentic AI, AI on Azure, data engineering, and cloud-native development. The deal is intended to expand NTT DATA’s enterprise AI capabilities and strengthen its Microsoft Azure and AI delivery capacity, adding more than 1,000 Azure engineers and AI specialists upon closing.
