NutriScience Innovations, a portfolio company of Tilia Holdings, has acquired XSTO Solutions, a Morristown, New Jersey-based supplier of nutraceutical and functional ingredients. The deal adds six branded products to NutriScience's portfolio and strengthens its formulation and ingredient supply capabilities for the dietary supplement, functional food & beverage, and animal health markets.
