Nuvei to Acquire Payoneer for $2.75 Billion

Nuvei (privately held, owned by Advent International) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire cross-border payments platform Payoneer for approximately $2.75 billion in an all-cash transaction. The deal values Payoneer at $7.40 per share and is expected to close in mid-2027, subject to shareholder approval, regulatory clearances, and customary closing conditions.
