NV5 Global, Inc. acquired KMK Technologies, LLC, a Monroeville, New Jersey-based provider of audiovisual, lighting, security and IT systems design and consulting. The transaction (cash and stock) will be integrated into NV5's Buildings and Clean Energy business to strengthen the company's building technology and consulting capabilities and is immediately accretive to NV5's earnings.
