Searchlight Capital Partners to Acquire Majority Stake in Flowbird

Funds advised by Searchlight Capital Partners have entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Flowbird from sellers Astorg and Mellby Gård. The deal would make Searchlight the new majority shareholder as it supports Flowbird's shift toward a tech-enabled software and payments platform and pursues further M&A to accelerate growth.

EasyPark Group Acquires PARK NOW Group

EasyPark Group has completed its acquisition of PARK NOW Group after receiving antitrust approval, with all assets and liabilities transferred from BMW Group and Daimler Mobility AG to EasyPark Group effective June 1, 2021. The combined company will be led by EasyPark CEO Johan Birgersson and aims to scale global digital parking, EV charging and mobility services across more than 3,200 cities. The parties agreed not to disclose transaction terms.

Towne Park Acquires Frogparking

FlashParking Merges with Arrive Mobility
