Tesseract Medical Research Acquires PCS Tolling & Operations Business from Pulse Combustion Systems

Tesseract Medical Research has acquired the tolling & operations business of Pulse Combustion Systems (PCS), transferring PCS’s spray-drying contract manufacturing capabilities to Tesseract. The deal allows Tesseract to control tolling capacity for its nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations while enabling Pulse to focus on designing and manufacturing its proprietary spray-drying equipment.
