Atria Wealth Solutions has acquired 100% of SCF Securities, Inc., SCF Investment Advisors, Inc., and SCF Marketing, Inc., bringing the independent Fresno-based wealth management firm into Atria's broker-dealer family. The deal expands Atria's advisor footprint and fee-based assets under administration — adding SCF's ~150 independent financial professionals and increasing Atria's total financial professionals to roughly 2,500 and AUA to nearly/over $95 billion.
