Rochester Gauges Acquires FPI Sensors

Rochester Gauges, a Renovo Capital–backed manufacturer of liquid level gauges and sensors, has acquired FPI Sensors, a float level switch and liquid-level sensor manufacturer based in Eagan, Minnesota. The acquisition expands Rochester's product offering and market share in the liquid level measurement space, allowing FPI customers to access Rochester's broader product portfolio and engineering resources.

The deal expands Rochester's technical capabilities in non-contact ultrasound, free-space radar and wireless remote-monitoring technologies and broadens its European footprint as part of a multi-year strategy to build a global liquid level sensor business.

Palatine-backed CTS Group Acquires Concept Engineering Consultants

The acquisition — CTS's eighth since Palatine's investment in 2018 — expands CTS's geotechnical consulting, coring, drilling and site investigation capabilities and brings Concept's ~105 employees and Leicester headquarters into the group.
