Brookfield's Radiant Acquires Ori to Form $100B‑Backed AI Infrastructure Platform

Brookfield-backed Radiant has merged with and acquired UK AI infrastructure startup Ori to create a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform backed by Brookfield’s Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Fund. The combined business — Radiant powered by Ori — will deploy large‑scale, sovereign compute capacity for governments, telcos, hyperscalers and global technology customers, supported by up to $100 billion of program capital.
