RYZE Claim Solutions, a Tampa-based national claims management provider majority-owned by Bain Capital Insurance, has acquired Acorn Claims, a Springfield, Missouri firm specializing in daily and catastrophe claims and third-party administration. The deal adds Acorn's proprietary Expert Technical Analysis (ETA) audit capability and strengthens RYZE's water mitigation review and nationwide claims services as part of RYZE's ongoing M&A strategy.
