Family-owned Rich Products acquired Signature Breads to add specialty par- and fully-baked breads and rolls to its bakery portfolio. Production of Signature Breads products will be moved to Rich Products’ manufacturing sites, and the deal preserves key SKUs while bringing two former Signature Breads associates into Rich’s commercial team.
