Vonco Products Acquires Genesis Plastics Welding

Vonco Products LLC has acquired Genesis Plastics Welding, an ISO 13485-certified Indiana-based contract manufacturer specializing in RF welding and heat-sealing of thermoplastic medical components. The acquisition expands Vonco’s clean-room manufacturing footprint and capabilities in single-use fluid bags, flexible packaging and other specialty medical device components as part of its broader growth strategy.

Vonco Products LLC acquired Flex-Pak Packaging Products, Inc., a Batavia, Illinois-based specialist in flexible barrier packaging and sterile DuPont Tyvek pouches. The acquisition, which closed December 31, 2021, expands Vonco's contract manufacturing capabilities for healthcare and consumer markets by adding sterile barrier pouch expertise and complementary packaging services.

Volex PLC Acquires MC Electronics LLC

Volex PLC acquired MC Electronics LLC from Nova Capital Management, completing a deal announced in April 2018 and reported in June 2018. MC Electronics, based in Hollister, California with manufacturing in Juarez, Mexico, is a contract manufacturer of custom cables, wire harnesses and electromechanical assemblies for the medical equipment industry; Volex said the acquisition expands its cable assembly capabilities and customer relationships.

Vance Street Capital Acquires McFarlane Aviation

Los Angeles-based private equity firm Vance Street Capital acquired McFarlane Aviation, a Baldwin City, Kansas manufacturer and distributor of FAA-PMA aftermarket parts for general aviation. The McFarlane family will retain a meaningful ownership stake alongside Vance Street as the firm positions McFarlane as a platform investment to accelerate growth in the aerospace aftermarket.

Motion Dynamics Acquires ViaMed Holdings

The deal expands Motion Dynamics’ micro‑precision manufacturing capabilities (coiling, braiding, nitinol shape‑setting) for medical device OEMs and contract manufacturers; terms were not disclosed.

Lincotek Acquires Majority Stake in Danco Medical
