Equistone Acquires Bulgin from Elektron Technology

Equistone Partners Europe has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Bulgin from Elektron Technology PLC at an enterprise valuation of £105 million. Bulgin, a Cambridge-headquartered developer and manufacturer of environmentally sealed connectors and engineered solutions, will remain led by John Wilson (transitioning to CEO) and supported by its management team, with Equistone providing capital to scale product development, improve operations and pursue strategic acquisitions.

Warburg Pincus Acquires Infinite Electronics from Genstar Capital

The add-on acquisition expands BJG's mil-aero product offering and quick-turn MRO capabilities, creating additional cross-selling opportunities while allowing Intro to operate as a stand-alone business unit.

Ronkonkoma, New York-based BJG Electronics, a Rockwood portfolio company, has acquired Connector Tech LLC, a value-added distributor of high-reliability electronic interconnect products headquartered in Kalispell, Montana. The add-on expands BJG's value-added production capabilities and provides access to commercial and industrial end markets including aerospace, military, oil & gas, and other industrial customers; Connector Tech will continue operating from its Kalispell facility with its existing employees.

Infinite Electronics Acquires NavePoint

The acquisition adds NavePoint’s product portfolio and team (~25 employees) to Infinite’s networking offerings to expand technical capabilities and reach into data center and corporate IT customers.
