The deal expands BWG's research product breadth, global reach and subscription content offerings for asset managers, hedge funds and other institutional clients.

LRW Group, a Tailwind Capital portfolio company, has acquired Greenberg Strategy, a Bay Area consultancy specializing in custom qualitative and quantitative research and brand/communications strategy. The deal — LRW's seventh add-on since Tailwind's 2015 investment — will keep founder Andrew Greenberg in place as CEO of the Emeryville-based operation and is intended to deepen LRW's Bay Area platform and analytics-powered marketing services capabilities.

Investcorp Technology Partners has acquired a majority stake in Verona‑headquartered cybersecurity company HWG s.r.l., with HWG co‑founders Enrico Orlandi, Claudia Rangogni, Andrea Boni and Andrea Pomari remaining as shareholders and management. SDC Capital Partners Makes Minority Growth Investment in Bandwidth Infrastructure Group

Funds managed by SDC Capital Partners acquired a minority interest in Bandwidth Infrastructure Group, providing growth capital to support expansion of the company’s dark fiber network across Northern California and Greater Atlanta. Columbia Capital will remain the majority shareholder following the transaction. Bandwidth IG, founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Jose, California, supplies underground dark fiber connectivity to data centers, hyperscalers and enterprises.
