The acquisition is intended to extend Forcepoint’s defense-grade capabilities for governments, critical infrastructure and enterprise customers worldwide.

Snyk Acquires Enso Security

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Acquires Axis Security

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) agreed to acquire Axis Security, a Tel Aviv-based cloud-native Security Service Edge (SSE) provider, to expand HPE’s edge-to-cloud SASE capabilities. HPE will integrate Axis Security’s Atmos platform with Aruba networking and HPE GreenLake to offer a unified SASE/SSE solution as-a-service; the deal is expected to close by the end of HPE’s FY2023 Q2, subject to customary conditions.

Wiz Acquires Dazz for $450M to Expand Cloud Security Remediation and Posture Management

Wiz has acquired Dazz in a cash-and-share deal valued at $450 million to add remediation and attack-surface/posture-management capabilities to its cloud security platform. Dazz will continue to operate as a separate entity while being integrated into Wiz’s stack to deliver a more comprehensive 360-degree risk and remediation offering for developer and enterprise customers.

Stratascale (SHI) Acquires Vector0

The purchase brings Vector0's continuous ASM platform and vulnerability discovery capabilities into Stratascale's cybersecurity services to strengthen proactive threat and vulnerability management for its clients; terms were not disclosed.
